When will the tickets for Marco Mengoni go on sale?
General onsale Friday 21 April, 2023 h 10.00
Official tickets for the event will go on sale regularly on Monday September 28, 2026 at 17.00 am on Ticketmaster.it.
You can already register on the website to facilitate the purchase on the day.
How many tickets can I purchase during the presales and general onsale for Marco Mengoni in Milan?
During the general onsale, each account can purchase a max of 2 tickets.
Each account can make one purchase only for one of the 26 Marco Mengoni shows scheduled between 5 November and 19 December. It will thus not be possible to use the same account to purchase tickets for more than one show.
Are Marco Mengoni tickets nominative?
No, tickets do not need to bear any names.

How would you advise to purchase tickets?
For a smooth purchase process and to avoid errors we advise you to ensure that you are:
- on time, approximately 30 minutes time before the on sale starts
- logged on to your TM account (if you do not have an account, make sure you create one here)

- following instructions on your screen
- not refreshing the waiting queue once you’re in (after the on sale has started)
Which ticket types are available?
Different ticket types will be available, offering guests either a seated or standing experience.
Seated tickets:
- Stage (Palco)
- Stalls (Platea)
For both seated ticket categories, cloakroom service is included in the ticket price.
For the Stage category only, bar service is available directly at your seat: the venue staff will take your order, deliver it, and handle payment.
Standing tickets:
- Stalls – GA standing room (Platea - Posto in piedi non numerato)
- Balcony – GA standing room (Balconata - Posto in piedi non numerato)
What method of delivery can I choose?
Tickets may only be collected on the day of the show, from 6:30 pm, at the theatre box office. Tickets won’t be sent in advance, nor by Home courier delivery or in Print-at-home or Mobile Ticket format.
To collect the tickets, you must present the original, valid ID of the Ticketmaster.it account holder who made the purchase.
If the account holder is no longer able to attend the show, the tickets may still be collected by another person, provided they present the original, valid ID of the account holder who made the purchase.
Photocopies, photographs, scans, or other reproductions of the ID will not be accepted.
What does Phone-Free Event mean?
This event is a phone-free show.
The use of phones and digital devices, including cameras and recording devices, will not be permitted in the performance area.
- How does it work?
Upon arriving at the venue, dedicated staff will help you place your phone in a secure pouch. You must keep the pouch with you throughout the evening.
- What if I have an emergency and need to access my phone?
You can unlock your phone at any time by going to the Phone Use area, marked by signs in the theatre. Ask a member of staff if you need help finding it.
- What about payment?
If you normally use your phone for contactless payments, make sure to bring your physical credit or debit card, or cash.
