In order to redeem a ticket, it is necessary to make sure that the name and surname entered in the account at the time of your registration match exactly with those on the ticket to be redeemed and those on your ID.
As the ticket holder, please follow these instructions to redeem a ticket:
- Access your Ticketmaster.it account from the event page you are interested in, clicking on “Find tickets”.
- Enter the section “My tickets” and click on “Redeem ticket”.
- In the “Redeem ticket” section, type the fiscal seal of the ticket to be redeemed in the “Fiscal seal” box; The “First Name” and “Last Name” fields will be filled in with the name entered at the time of your registration and cannot be modified.
- Click on “Redeem”
- The ticket will be now associated with your account, and you will be able to view it in the section “My Tickets” > “Upcoming Events”
N.B.: if the name and surname on the ticket to be redeemed do not correspond exactly to those entered in the “My Profile” section, it will be necessary to change the name appearing on the ticket to be redeemed so that they match.
