Different timings are foreseen according to the delivery method selected during the purchase phase, the type of ticket or the provisions for each individual event. You will need to have access to your ticket at the time of your redemption, because you will be required to enter the fiscal seal written on it.
The redemption service does not have any deadlines for using it and you will be able to redeem your ticket at any time. However, we suggest you check the resale and change name services timings in our event FAQs, if you are interested in using them for the redeemed ticket.
