After a successful redemption request, a new order number for the redeemed ticket will be created in the account of who has redeemed it, showing different figures from the original order number.
Signing into their own Ticketmaster.it account from the event page and entering the “Upcoming events” section, the ticket holder who has redeemed it will thus find a new order for the event containing a ticket with their own name.
For further information the order holder will be able to refer to the email they will receive for each successful redemption request.
