BILLIE EILISH: HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR

Billie Eilish will perform 35 shows across the UK and Europe. You can view a list of the venues, locations and dates ticketed by Ticketmaster in the chart below.  

Ticketmaster may not ticket every venue, so you may not see the venue or date you’re looking for.

There is a strict purchase limit of 4 tickets per account on this tour. We reserve the right to cancel your orders and tickets, and to prevent you, without notice, from making future purchases on our site if you try to exceed the posted ticket limits.

Sale Schedule

The Waiting Room for all sales will open up 30 minutes prior to the times listed below. The following presales start on Tuesday, April 30th:

The General On Sale for the Billie Eilish: HIT ME HARD AND SOFT: THE TOUR in Unipol Arena (Bologna) starts on Friday, May 3 at 12:00 pm.

Delivery

Billie Eilish tickets are mobile entry only, which means your phone is your ticket. Mobile ticket barcodes will be available 14 days before your event.

Regarding the event in Bologna on June 8 2025, only eTickets (PDF) are available with delayed delivery. eTickets will be available in your online account starting from May 26, 2025. This means you will receive an order confirmation right after purchase, but the tickets won’t be attached to such email. Also, eTickets will be available in your online account only from that date. We will notify you about this.

There are no Collector Tickets available for this event.

Resale

The tour wants to give fans, not scalpers, the best chance to buy tickets at face value. To make this possible, they have chosen to use Ticketmaster Resale. If fans purchase tickets for a show in Europe and can't attend, they'll have the option to resell them to other fans at the original price paid (excl. fee). To help protect the exchange, the tour has requested all tickets be mobile only and restricted from transfer. Ticket Transfer

The Event Organizer allows tickets to be transferred, you’ll see this option available in your upcoming events within your online account approximately 48 hours prior to your event.

Ticket Transfer is NOT available for tickets purchased on Ticketmaster.it for the event on 8 June 2025 in Bologna.
