Following the inconvenience suffered by a part of the public during entry to the Calcutta concert at Ippodromo SNAI San Siro in Milan on Wednesday 17 July 2024, Live Nation and DNA concerts in agreement with the Artist, grant a 50% refund of the face value of the ticket (excluding the pre-sale fee) to all those who felt damaged by the delay in entry to the event.
It will be possible to request a refund from 10:00 am on Monday 22 July 2024 to 10:00 am on Monday 29 July 2024 by filling out the following form.
