The Ozzy Osbourne concert scheduled for May 12 2023 at Unipol Arena in Casalecchio di Reno (BO) has been cancelled.
Here below OZZY's statement:
"I am really moved by how you have patiently waited with tickets bought long ago, but I am not physically able to face the upcoming dates of the European and British tour and face the long journeys required."
You may ask for reimbursement of tickets purchased for the dates 01/03/2019, 10/03/2020, 19/11/2020, 08/02/2022 and 12/05/2023 no later than June 30 2023 by filling in the following form.
IMPORTANT: as stated by SIAE regulation on traditional tickets, it’s mandatory to send back the physical tickets at the following address within June 30 2023 (only if you chose Courier delivery):

If we don’t receive the tickets, refunds won’t be processed.
Please be informed that the IBAN, Bic/Swift codes will be requested in the form for your refund request. Should we have any issue in refunding to the original method of payment, we will process the refund via bank transfer.
PREVIOUS DISPOSITIONS
The Ozzy Osbourne event originally scheduled on March 1 2019 at the Unipol Arena in Bologna, firstly moved to March 10 2020, to November 19 2020 and lastly to February 8 2022 has been rescheduled for May 12 2023 at the same venue.
Judas Priest is confirmed as special guest.
If you already bought tickets for the previous dates, those will be valid for the new rescheduled date.

According to Article 88 of the Decree Law No. 18 dated March, 17 2020, converted to the Law 27/2020, as amended by the Decree Law No. 34 dated May, 19 2020 and later by the Decree Law No. 137 dated October, 28 2020 and the Decree Law dated November, 4 2020, you may send your request for refund through voucher no later than November, 20 2020 by selecting the Ozzy Osbourne event from the drop-down menu.
