This event is eligible for refund through voucher as provided by Article 88 of the Decree Law No. 18 dated March, 17 2020, converted to the Law 27/2020, as amended by the Decree Law No. 34 dated May, 19 2020 (Article 183 Paragraph 11). We kindly invite you to send your request for refund through voucher no later than July, 24 2020 by selecting Lana Del Rey’s event from the drop-down menu.
On September, 10 2020 and in compliance with the Decree Law No. 34 dated May, 19 2020, converted with amendments by Law No. 77 dated July, 17 2020, the event organizer established that you may ask for monetary reimbursement from September, 18 2020 and no later than October, 17 2020 by selecting the event from the drop-down menu.
The request for monetary reimbursement will only be accepted if you requested a refund through voucher within timeframe set and your voucher is intact (not partially used).
