How many tickets can I purchase?
It is possible to purchase a maximum of 10 tickets per account in a single transaction.
Are tickets for Ferrara Buskers Festival 2025 nominative?
No, tickets are not nominative, and therefore it will not be requested to enter the name of any participant during the purchase process.
What kind of ticket types are available?
The available ticket types are the following:
- Full price ticket for each Festival date
- Season Pass 2 days (you can buy it until July 3 2025 at 11.59 p.m.)
- Season Pass 5 days
Children up to the age of 13 do not pay.
There are three possible ways to purchase a Season Pass 5 days:
- The first 500 customers purchasing the Pass from 19 June 2025 to 20 July 2025 will receive a free commemorative poster of the 1991 edition.
- The first 1000 customers purchasing the Pass from 20 July 2025 to 20 August 2025 will receive a free commemorative poster of the 2025 edition.
- Starting from 21 August 2025 it will be possible to purchase the Pass at full price.

I have purchased tickets, when will I receive them?
For this event you can select between Print-at-home (PDF), Passbook tickets (Season Pass excluded) or Courier delivery tickets.
If you choose Print-at-home or Passbook tickets, right after your purchase you will receive your tickets attached to the order confirmation email sent to the email address used for the purchase. Print-at-home tickets will be available in your online account for download from the “My orders” section. Passbook tickets will be available for download from the “My orders" section to add them on your mobile device wallet.
Courier delivery tickets will follow shipment timings specified in our FAQ here.
I have not received the email with the ticket: who can I contact?
If you haven’t received the order confirmation email with the ticket, we invite you to contact us by filling in the following online form.
I have purchased the tickets but I can no longer attend the event, can I ask for a refund?
It is not possible to have a refund in case you cannot participate in the event.
