Are Hellwatt Festival tickets nominative?
Yes, tickets are nominative which means that you will need to provide the full name and last name of each participant to the event. It's important that the name on the ticket is the same name of the ID.

What method of delivery can I choose?
For this event you can select Print-at-home (PDF), Mobile Ticket (Passbook) or Courier delivery.
For both Print-at-home and Mobile Ticket, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase. The tickets will be available in your online account for downloading only from 4 May 2026.

How do I purchase accessible tickets for this event?
The Organizer will provide a space within the event venue reserved for persons with disabilities, both ambulatory and non-ambulatory, with the right to be accompanied and requiring continuous assistance.
For this event, C. VOLO S.p.A. will reserve an adequate, but necessarily limited, number of seats for persons with disabilities and their companions, with one companion per person with disabilities.
A spectator with a certified 100% disability requiring continuous assistance will be entitled to a paid ticket, while the companion will receive free admission. Spectators with a disability of less than 100% will be entitled to a paid ticket for both the person with disabilities and their companion.
Priority seating will be given to those with the highest levels of disability, with the right to be accompanied and requiring continuous assistance, and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
Accreditation for the Hellwatt Festival events is managed by Mani Amiche Onlus.

Can children attend the event?
The minimum age for admission to the concert is 10 years old - admission only with an accompanying adult. From 16 years old and above it is possible to attend the event without an accompanying adult.
