What does Phone-Free Event mean?
The use of phones and digital devices, including cameras and recording devices, will not be permitted in the performance area.
- How does it work?
Upon arriving at the venue, dedicated staff will help you place your phone in a secure pouch. You must keep the pouch with you throughout the evening.
- What if I have an emergency and need to access my phone?
You can unlock your phone at any time by going to the Phone Use area, marked by signs in the theatre. Ask a member of staff if you need help finding it.
- What about payment?
If you normally use your phone for contactless payments, make sure to bring your physical credit or debit card, or cash.
What method of delivery can I choose?
For this event you can select Print-at-home (PDF) or Courier delivery.
If you choose Print-at-home tickets, you will receive your tickets attached to the order confirmation email right after purchase and they will be available in your online account for download.
It will be necessary to bring the printed ticket on the day of the event, due to the Phone Policy established for these events.
