How do presales work?
- Presales give fans the opportunity to purchase tickets before the general public. However, presales don’t guarantee tickets.
- Presales are most often communicated by the artist, or the platform or partner hosting the presale. Quite often you need to be a member of an artist Fanclub, or subscribe to the platform hosting the presale. They will guide you to the right link and will provide passwords if required.

Limited view tickets means you’ll have either an incomplete view or something will be in your line of sight, so you won’t be able to see the entire stage. The event organizer makes these tickets available because for some fans an obstructed view is not a problem. Don’t worry, obstructed view tickets are clearly labeled as such at time of purchase and are priced accordingly.

We expect there will be more demand than there are tickets available for this tour. Tickets will be sold on a first come, first served basis while currently available inventory lasts. For this event you can select between eTickets (PDF) or Courier delivery tickets. The tickets will have a delayed delivery in both cases starting from June 12, 2024. This means you will receive an order confirmation right after purchase, but the tickets won’t be attached if you have chosen eTickets, nor will they be shipped immediately if your have chosen the Courier delivery. Also, eTickets will be available in your online account only from that date. We will notify you about this. There are no Collector Tickets available for this event.

Infinity Tickets
Coldplay have confirmed they will make a limited number of Infinity Tickets available for the shows at a later date. Infinity Tickets exist to make the Coldplay - Music Of The Spheres World Tour - Delivered by DHL accessible to fans for an affordable price. They cost just €20 per ticket excl. service fee, are restricted to a maximum of two tickets per purchaser and must be bought in pairs (which will be located next to each other). Infinity tickets can only be collected on the location and day of the event. You will be asked to show your identification, which must match the purchasers name in your online account.
