I bought the tickets, when will I get them?
The only available option for shipping is "Delivery by courier". Shipping will begin on Monday 4 March 2024: shipments will be thus arranged in the previous months to guarantee their departure on the indicated date, and because of that tickets will be shipped in any case, even if the resale or change name services are used.
As tickets subjected to change name will also be shipped by Courier delivery, while using this service, it will be required to pay the shipping fees referred to the ticket with the new name as well, even in the case that the change name service is used before receiving the ticket with the original name.
