I have a voucher issued as a refund, can I use it to purchase tickets for The Weeknd?

What method of delivery can I choose?
For this event you can select Print-at-home (PDF), Mobile Ticket (Passbook) or Courier delivery.
For both Print-at-home and Mobile Ticket, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, but you will not find the tickets attached. These will be available in your online account for downloading and will be shipped starting from 15 September 2025 at 12:00 PM.
